Does anyone else have a shop to recommend, like the equivalent of our MS Color, where can go in and get a good price? I am thinking of asking someone to help me buy a K20D with the 18-55 AL II kit lens from HK. But the person is clueless about DSLRs. So it would be good if I can point the person to a honest shop that gives a good price (and international warranty of course).

My suggestion is if ur fren is not familiar with HK, go for the Mong Kok area shops. Give him the price u get from the pentax google spreadsheet and tell him get ard that price. Exact locations get in Ygdragon. Always request for official hong kong stock bcos Pentax got international warranty.

I heard the K20D in Hong Kong is reasonable cheap now.
Someone said that they bought it at HKD 6280, around 1150 SGD!

Official Retail prices is HKD 6990 Body only. Finally it is replacing K10D and not position at above K10D. Grey sets will sell at even lower.

If street price for body only is HK$6280 (S$1157), that's about a 10% discount off the official price.
From the postings on the price threads recently, I'm gonna wait a bit and see. The local shops might well be able to match the HK prices. Wooohooo! ;p
