Yes. I agree with you fully on this. Best is to "test" your gf by bringing her to courts or any mega stores to take a look at the cameras on display. then you should more or less know which camera to buy already.

Be careful. Most girls' taste very expensive therefore we guys may have hard time deciding which brand and cam to choose best for her. Not easy choice. I agree with Liveevil. Just pretend to play with her by bring her to any shop and must observe what type she like?
