I was "playing" with the PC and now the fonts on the PC screen look slightly blur.

Can any PC expert advise how can I adjust the fonts back to be more sharp.

Are you using a LCD? If so, right click on your desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Monitor -> Screen Refresh Rate -> set to 60Hz or 75Hz.

Alternatively, you may set a non-native resolution. For 15" LCD's, use 1024 x 768. For 17" & 19" LCD's set to 1280 x 1024.
