ok I'm new with this. any comments on how i edit the lightings on this?

The colour balance is off. Reduce the Green (incr. Magenta) and also reduce a bit of the Blue (incr. Yellow).
You might also want to reduce the Red saturation too.

I increased the red saturation. Green and blue channels follow your suggestion.

Alternatively, you can just use Photoshop's Auto Color function: IMAGE, ADJUSTMENTS, AUTO-COLOR for easy and quick adjustments.

I actually prefer the original image. It looks cross-processed.
