Took this shot with my 300D after shopping in Funan yesterday, was the best of 3. Any comment will be appreciated

Eh..... the common floating lights syndrome. You shot this too late and the details of the building were lost in darkness. Try shooting earlier.

Pretty cool, but you may want to change your angle...at least such that the Supreme Court dome doesn't look like part of the building...
