the name of Paparazzi was originated from a movie
from what I know, basically, they are two types of Paparazzi, one appear on whatever places where the celebrities will hand out.. these types of Paparazzi are mostly welcomed, they get the celebrities the exposure they need. these Paparazzi does not specific any targets, as long the targets are popular figures in the public eyes.
another type Paparazzi has specialize targets, they will study their subject very well, will stalk their subject everywhere they go, to hunt for exclusive newsworthy images.
