Panasonic Lumix FT5
Panasonic-Lumix-FT5-41.jpg

Panasonic's Lumix FT line of hard-wearing waterproof compacts has always had a sound reputation. Following the FT3 and FT4, this year's FT5 does more than merely reaffirm the range's characteristic "tough guy" design, bringing big changes to the spec sheet with a "new" 16-Megapixel CMOS sensor (finally!), a decent screen (finally!), as well as Wi-Fi and NFC. The FT5 is dustproof, waterproof to 13 metres, shockproof from heights of 2 metres, temperature-resistant to -10°C and crushproof to 100 kg.

Thanks for the nice review of the camera. Any idea what's the street price? How's it compared to other waterproof cameras in the market?
