Owning 2 Dogs in Studio Apartment... Legal or not?


First confirm that your female neighbour is a chio xmm or not.
If chio, then follow the maxim, "Love Thy Neighbour". Offer to help look after her chihuahua, and hopefully even her. Offer to shoot nice nice pictures for her and her chihuahua. Maybe organize some shoots for her at CS....
If not chio, then follow the other brothers' advices.

get a dog alarm. made up with a multitude of dog whistles.

i pity the dogs only. not the owner sigh.
