Overdoing skin tanning

In US, people go to tanning booths and pay to get a tan. Here, we get the tropical sun free.
Fair skinned people are not recommended to over expose to the sun. Her problem overdoing the tanning is mental/emotional. Obsessive-compulsive disorder. This woman is endangering herself -may get skin cancer later on. Then the problem becomes a serious physical one.
