Hi Guys,

Need some expert advice from you guys on how you compensate when taking photos when it's overcast skies. I'm no expert but I find that when I'm taking landscape photo and the sky is the background the photo ends up dull. I tried using a polariser but looks like it doesn't help. Please see some of the pix below. I also tried bracketing but I'm still scratching my head on the dull skies.

Thanks in advance.

try ND Grad filter if you are taking a landscape... this filter is really useful to capture the correct exposure between the foreground and the bright skies.. so you don't need to take some bracketing and then merge on photoshop...
