a. Exposure

Beautiful landscape :) Although I think the colour temperature could be slightly warmer. It appears to have a bit too much blue. I do like the composition though.

hope you dont mind my comments on your photo

1. exposure its quite ok but bit saturated.
2.
3.maybe you can make your picture "warmer"? by adjusting your white balance.
4. i cant comment on photoshop as i only using lightroom and iphoto.

by the way i dont know what is the red dot on your photo on right hand corner. is it a dust spot or some flare?

hmm to me it looks unnatural... overall feels too saturated, and not sure if the sky at this time should look darker than the foreground

maybe you can share what are you trying to achieve with photoshop (a particular 'look'?), or some of your steps then the experts here (not me =p) can give more pointers
