Osaka, Hakodate and Sapporo

Does anyone know what are the must see attractions in these 3 cities?

Also, is it safe to drive in Hokkaido in early Dec? Would it be snowing hard? I have driven from New York to Niagara Falls last year and I find it is OK as long as there are enough cars moving on the roads to prevent water from freezing up to ice.

i don't know abt driving but sapporo city sight i think 1-2 day can see finish,beer factory, the garden etc. must go otaru. very nice place to me. my wife loves it.

the other 2 i have no idea...never go..sapporo a lot of cars also at night fyi.
