Optech USA pro loop strap, need advise

Would like to seek some advise as above from the general masses in CS.
Firstly, Is it a good to have item for the optech strap or a must have item?
How does it actually helped as compared to the normal Canon strap given in the package?
Lastly, is it worth to get the strap?

#1, it is more comfortable than the original strap come with the camera,
#2, you can detach the padding for storing, airing, drying or washing easily.

if it benefits you, get it,
if it don't, use the original

I won't go so far as to say that it's a must have item but it's definitely more comfortable than the original strap
