Operating Flash Unit in Cold Weather

I know many questions have been asked about precautions to take for shooting in winter conditions, but all they ask about is mostly the camera and lenses.

Could anyone enlighten me about external flash units? I own an emoblitz ds328az (a basic external flash), and am probably gonna use it. Thing is, when I move from cold outdoors to warm indoors, will condensation short circuit the flash unit? Flash units store quite high voltage in their internal capacitors, and there's no button to discharge it when turning off. So theoretically they should be more susceptible to short circuit if there's slight condensation.

Anyone with experience or know-how in this area?

Of course, ziplock bag will ensure it doesn't happen, but will I even need to worry about this?
