are these to wrap the legs of the tripod?
if yes, i have got solution...
grab those free umbrella wraps from the shopping centre and use those for the tripod legs...

Why not use simple tennis-racket grip wraps? They are cheap and easily available in any sports shop. That's what I use on my tripod to avoid the shocking sensation of touch bare metal in the cold (plus fingers sticking to the metal as well!). Can also wrap extra layers at specific locations too if extra padding is required.
