Online purchase not received yet

Has anyone here bought anything through Gmarket before?
I made a purchase on 21st Jan for some apparels and they have already charged to my CC, but it's been a month and I have not received anything from them yet.
I searched through their entire website and could not find a single customer service number to call, all the links I clicked just brought me on a Merry-Go-Round.

Anybody can offer some advice?

you should click on that before purchasing something online, not only for gmarket, but other sites as well.

bought twice which was mailed directly from korea
so far so good .. one on the way

if you have been waiting for very long, you can contact the seller or Gmarket to rectify the problem and maybe seller will send the item again. Gmarket usually calls me and their number needs special extension to get thru.

To contact seller: go to the product page and scroll down all the way, you will find the link.
Contact Gmarket: login then click My Gmarket, on the top right u will see it.

bought from them once, and it took SO LONG TO COME!!! Korea is too far I guess..

Bought stuffs from Gmarket. You can check the delivery status. Normally it will take two months.

Bought from them twice, it usually take 1 week plus to 2 weeks to reach my place
