2nd for fotologue.jp. But the flash wont scroll is ur resolution is bigger than 1280x720 i think,mine wont scroll unless i resize my browser window. There is also a upload limit of 20mb per month.

Maybe Tumblr? Posterous can link to your FB as well,it will create an album for Posterous photo uploads.
