This was my 2nd time watching this and still enjoyed it. Really good docu that can connect SG viewers emotionally and physically. Its a pity thay din get to shoot Capitol cinema's hall. Its charm was the stall/circle seats, sculptures at the sides and of course, the classic pencils that was used to mark your purchased seat.

Agree that the cinematography was a great piece of work and the soundtrack choosen was fitting. I really like the haunting track used in parts of the docu and at the beginning of the end credits. Where can I get that track?

I remembered watching movies in the old Capitol Cinema during my JC2 years during the last days of the theatre. Too bad I do not own any camera at that stage of life.

You can catch some segments on youtube, but i doubt there's any available for D/L. Please avoid D/L talk in the forum thanks. :nono:

Check with Chuan Pictures on Facebook for updates? Perhaps they will come out with the DVD that is available for order online. Maybe you can email them for queries as well.

Closing thread, as OKTO is not repeating telecast for the 3rd time (hopefully they do!).

Have a nice day! ;)
