Just a update, i went to John 3:16 with TS and they said that it's some sort of reflection of the glass.

YOu can't blow mould away especially if it is growing from inside the lens interior. Short of have the tools to open up your own lens to clean it out....send it into the shop to get it clean out in any case. DIY might not be a good idea.

But actually at first glance of it, I too told it was more an internal reflection as the photo you posted seem to show twin reflected layers of these brown-like taint.
