NS Deferment questions

I'm currently a year 3 student in Temasek Poly and this should be my final semester and I am suppose get into NS soon. But I have to retain for 1 more semester and I have yet to get my enlistment letter. Will the army know that I will be retaining or do I have to go to CMPB to apply for deferment?

When they send you ur enlistment letter, you go to your school's management office and apply for deferment letter.

Nah... that's your duty. They won't bother about the details... Even though they are part of the government, they do not have records which can link thru everything...
