When i tried to submit an entry to BiodiverCity and My City in a Garden, its showing my NRIC already submitted in this themes. I have submitted before on "Our Park and Garden" theme but NOT to BiodiverCity and My City in a Garden. Is this a common issue? I assumed others encountered the same.
