Looks like the building is going to collapse...or that I'm falling down...;p
You may want to try +0.5-1EV exposure compensation...the building falls quickly into the shadows with details lost.

Instead of shooting when the sky is completely dark, try shooting at dusk, e.g. 7.30pm or so when the sun has just set. The sky will be in a deep blue colour, which adds to the photograph.

Does it mean that when i take pic of building, must always make sure that building is upright.

depends on what kind of effect you want to achieve. ultimately it's your choice.

Not must but would be good to capture it upright ( as per original ).
 

how is the sigma 12-24mm.... good?. its wide angle zoom how much you get it for??? anyway it look cool but too dark i think
