North West CDC is having a photo competition with attractive prizes. Do have a look at the discription below.

The Merlion is an icon of Singapore. Being multi ethnic is also symbolic of Singapore. What is the one thing that would remind you of the North West District?

Take a picture,share it with us and stand a chance to win an iPad or Xbox360 with Kinect Sensor!

Start taking photos and upload them to Club 1835 @ North West. Download the registration form from www.northwestcdc.org.sg.

Closing Date: 6 March 2011

Maybe you can give a more direct link to the form as it is not in the form section.
300 dpi doesn't say anything about the resolution of the image, maybe you can state that, eg. 2000 x 1000, max 1.5MB.
And what is the definition of simple editing, eg. dodging,focus stacking, hdr?
