I've been a fan of non-destructive Photoshop after being introduced to it by willyfoo..
It's really a great help.

Not sure if you guys know, but here's a way to do non destructive editing using RAW files, meaning if you're not happy with the Adobe Camera Raw conversions half way through your images, you can still change it.

Pros of this... Think of this as adjustment layers where you can apply masks, and you can change the colour temperature, sharpening etc anytime you like.

It's a big help occassionally when doing complex PS work, that's what I feel. Just to share with you guys.
