Hi i having problem with my pic .It seem to have too much noise .What can i do to reduce it other than using photoshop .Is it the way i taken the pic wrongly ? :cry: :sweat:
Please advise.
I using D70 with the kit lens and sigma 70-300mm lens

What's your ISO Setting? the bigger the value, the more the noise...

My ISO 200
I use f11 to f22 for close up shooting. :sweat:

To my POV the best way too remove NOISE is to lower the "VOLUME"..:D :bsmilie:

Just Kidding..:D
 

Can we reduce "noise" by lowering the Aperature value?

ISO200 on a D70 should be relatively clean. Was your image underexposed or something? Posting the pic might help us understand your problem.

Noise is caused by electrical interference in the digital signal. Thus, higher ISO (sensitivity) means that a sensor will be more susceptible to noise. Aperture doesn't play a part here.

Put simply, use as low as ISO as possible to get minimal noise in your images.
