Noise and Sharpness Challenge

This is a 1:1 crop from one of my favourite night scene image that has suffered noise due to long exposure, in particular, it is noisy in the blue and red channels.

How well you could make it better? See some SAMPLES done by other users.

Hmm.... the corrected versions all seem to have the harsh "digital" look to it....

used levels adjustment and some custom actions (iColorDeNoise and Ultra-Sharpen) developed by others.... these are my normal workflow when I need to print pics....
