No. If you do that, and everyone do that, you know how much redundancy you are creating?

Is it in utmost importance that only your sales thread gets bump up to the top everytime? else just let the buyers/sellers slowly glance thru the thread. B&S is by luck and chance, not by your sense of creativity.
