Nikon Photo International Contest 2004-2005
Theme - "At the heart of the image" (Nikon's brand statement)
Categories -- "Art" and "Documentary." Entries to the art category will be judged on the extent to which they exhibit artistic qualities and convey a fresh sense of creativity. Entries to the documentary category will be judged on the extent to which they communicate the time and the background of the scene and show the magic that exists in daily life.
Judges - Professional photographers appointed by Nikon Corporation
Submission - Entries are accepted either in print by conventional mail or as JPEG images sent via the Internet.
