Nikon P5100 or Fuji F100fd

Hi guys, I need some comparison abt these two cameras. Which will be a better choice?

I have the P5100. It takes good images, but performance (speed) is rather slow. Here's a review of it. http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikonp5100/

I believe the fuji F100fd has much better high iso performance.

I own few P&S cameras, not sure about the F100fd;

1. Nikon P5000
2. Fuji Z3
3. Sony W80
4. Panaonic FX-30

2 of my friends were looking for P&S camera & I lent to them to try.

One choose W80 because his is taking photo of his Baby and find the Sony W80 best suits him due to close to zero shuttle delay.

Another one choose P5000 (and he bought P5100) because of the image quality and the option to attach a SB400, comparing to W80, this cam has a shuttle delay of 0.5 to 1 second, but then if you are not taking Baby, adults can pause and wait for you to take the shot, picture quality is more important.

There are many considerations when chosing a camera, what are you looking for? What is your main usage?
