Those camera which is using D lens, is it able to use G lens also?

All cameras which can use G lenses, can use D lenses, but it is not always the case the other way around. Cameras which can use the G lenses FULLY are generally the newer models that have an aperture control dial on the body. On older cameras, you can still mount and use G lenses, but are restricted to using f/22 as there is not way to set the aperture.

basically cams that are able to fully utilise the G lens functions are F55,65,75,80,100...and the D-series DSLR...
