nikon d80 but theres ERR 02 on the camera

hi all im new with nikon camera.
i'd just purchased a d80 camera from a online blog from a seller,
but after the purchased i notices theres some fungus on the lens and
also theres also err02 stated on the view finder if i press on the shutter button.
i can't capture any picture.

anyone please help me,
i really need help.

do anyone know how to repair it or teach me to troubleshoot it.

or do you guys know where can i send the camera and lens for repaired.

please help me..
