Just heard from a guy saying that Nikon maybe decide not to make anymore Big aperture Lens like 135 F2... etc All those F2 series.. Is it true or pardon mi if this was an old news..:)

In order to cut cost they may be trying somethin to replace those big F mama..:dunno:

hmm...i don't mind a new AF-S 50/1.4 lens from nikon. :)

Those lenses don't sell that well anyway, stop production also good... but don't think it's due to cut cost.

Cut cost should fire the entire marketing dept. :bsmilie:
As the tagline (I usually see it on buses) goes: No bells, No whistles. ;p

i would think that its not stopping production but maybe ceasing production

introducing some new G lenses?
What is the difference between stopping and ceasing production? Isn't it the same thing?
