Can I know what will happen If I use it on D80 or D200 camera?
Will the picture become smaller?

no la, basically your focal length will be based on crop factor/sensor size. if you mount the 24-70, just multiply by 1.5x, IIRC.

So you are saying if I aid at a picture 100%, what I get in my memory card is only 66.67%?
