Nikon AF 80-200 f/2.8D ED or Sigma APO 70-200mm F 2.8 EX DG/HSM

I dont have experience for the Sigma, but I think the Nikon is a better choice, and very good value for money if u dont need the higher priced AFS, VR, etc.

thanks, but will probably try and get another 500 bucks and then buy the vr model of CS, if you know anyone selling a cheap one please pm me, that would be super, but i doubt one will go any cheaper than 2500.

yeah it is, its quite a hard decision, struggling with a decision at 1500 let alone 2500!!! :confused: photography's expensive! but hopefully my stock photos will help pay for some of it, just need to upload more!
