FYI. I noticed DDElectronics advertising on their local web site @S$1,059/-. But you should note their D800 price at S$4,599/- is higher than Singapore RRP .

Why not try to search from JB? Over there is price also slightly cheaper, if you know how to google it.

Buy from US the warranty not cover, if buy from Malaysia the warranty at lease is closer to s'pore. If any happen the warranty still cover.

haha already back..having fun shooting with it as this is my first dslr. performing super well. got a 35 mm 1.8 g plus the kit lens..think the next step would be a 85mm 1.8g.

yes that is true, but for a dx format dslr.. it is quite big.

Do you keep as standard setting?
