Nikkor 60mm or Tamron 90mm?

Hi guys,which 1 of these two lenses is better 4 micro photography? food shot? Pls enlighten me gurus!!!
 

60mm...

at 90mm, you'd be too far away if you need to get the whole plate into the pic... ;)

60mm:thumbsup: cos from my experience even if food that lay on a large round plate/etc 1-2 step back is needed( compare the point to average range/size plates/etc used). Hope you can understand what I'm saying;)
 

hey another Q between the 50mm f1.4 and the 60mm f2.8 which is a better choice?
 

60mm over the 90mm, the food wun move (hopefully).

60mm over the 50mm, macro(micro) lens, u need the 1:1
 

Have you considered Voigtlander 125mm/f2 Macro? nice macro and portrait lens, pay a little more get 2 in 1 (macro and portraiture lens). $920 is not too bad a price.

Getting mine tonight. Manual lens though but if you are into macro you almost have to shoot manual right unless shooting still objects.
