Hi,
Like to share few pics taken last night at Wallace Trial with some kakis.
I was using my DIY twin flash throughout with full time red focusing lamp.
C & C welcomed. Thanks for viewing.

Thanks Joe. Agree pics seem to have a red cast as I've not done any adjustments on colour or hue saturation.
Got to check with others who use red focusing lamp whether got such problem.

Nice.....

Thanks Rick.

Looks reddy. Don't think focusing light affects much unless your flash power is very low. Remember I used red light when hunting tarantula?

btw, the baby cockroaches are awesome!!

Thanks Nicky. It probably wasn't the red focusing light's problem. After Joe commented about
the reddishness, I changed the wb from "as shot" to "daylight" and the reddishness was gone.

Some nice shots you have had. The redness could be the diffuser material?

Thanks Victor. I shall be doing some tests to determine what caused the reddish hue. Other than the red focusing light that I used,
which was a likely source of reddishness (which Nicky mentioned that it's not the cause), I have no other red source as my diffusers
are white. But after I changed the white balance in pp from "as shot" to "daylight", the reddish hue was gone, as pic reproduced
below.
I am not sure this is the exact cause (wrong white balance) and whether pp-ing is the correct way to rectify this defect.
Maybe some experienced brothers in CS can shed some light on this problem and ways to resolve it.
Thanks.
