Night sky reflection?

Why is there a row of light shown in the night sky?
I took this photo with a camera stand a few things, and the result still turn out the same.

i think it's flare... UV filter on?

The use of filter? are you referring to the UV lens filter?

Yea, I got the UV filter on.
That causes the reflection?

This is caused by the UV filter.
You need to remove the UV filter.
The row of lights you see in the sky is the reflection from the row of lights you see on the water.

Should be cos by your UV filter. Try shooting the same spot without the filter. Good luck.

yeah, if you realise the lights in the sky are just like the one on the water bank... it's flaring / ghosting due to your uv filter... i think you should remove your uv filter and try again...

Remember not too long ago, someone posted a pic of similar location also had such problem, but seems like unable to trace the cause.

As, it might looks like the reflection from the water, but when you count the number of dots where the red light is, does not tall with the reflected light trails.

The flyer is staying stationary and not moving.

I think its your UV filter too. I used to accidentally took some shots on my 50mm with UV filter attached and I see alot of ghosting whenever there's lights. After removing the UV filter, problem solved.
