i need to find a nice quiet spot for photoshoots.
preferably with a desolate feel with old railway tracks or deserted shack buildings.

Along Woodlands Road, the stretch from Bukit Panjang area onto Upper Bukit Timah Road. The other location is Sunset Way got unused railway track/bridge (and lotsa mosquitos).

Old Changi Hospital is very safe lah. So many people go there until is like theme park already.

Unfortunately, old places in Sg getting hard to find and/or access already. No.1 consideration is not so much the spooks, but running afoul of the law.

It gives the feel of the old village and very nice greenery too
