I started this thread for those who attended the shoot at Marina Barrage this evening.
It was very enjoyable to meet you all! Glad to know more people with similar interests!
My apologies if I did not give enough guidance to those who wanted to ask this and that.
Perhaps we can also start a thread in the kopitiam section, to discuss where is appropriate should we wish to meet up again.

Cheers!

a candid shot of the 'firing squad'. Pardon the poor exposure.

The very over-used city skyline view

Shot of the central fountain

Shot of the next fountain

My favourite statue at the Barrage

I guess I did not really set such a high standard of photography for the newbies :embrass:

Woot, got some nicely exposed frames. Drying will be done in about 4-6 hours!

there's slightly too much black space in the foreground, and the horizon is tilted about... hmmm... 5 degrees? But I like the mood of the photo.

Kelvin et al,

It's very difficult to match the standard after all your posts, also to find something different...
I may break the hearts of my 2 masters....Believe me i've tried......
Please feel free to comment....I promise not to kill myself over this.
