Yeap had to borrow from the groom abt 5 min before the procession, bring it out by the windows, then take the shot in 1 min! :bsmilie:

Used a 50mm 1.4 prime for the previous shot. Just make sure you got your steady hands on your cam and shoot.

Another shot to share when i tried opening up the aperture.

For 50mm lens, are you able to zoom in? Or do you shoot at a very close distance to achieve this closeup pics?

50mm is a fixed lens, not a zoom lens. Focusing distance is about 45-50cm, so you can focus anything shorter than that. If you don't have a macro, then just shoot and crop.

Agree, but that doesn't mean that you'll need to bring extension tubes to produce effects like this. Can just shoot and then crop.

50mm is a prime lens, not a macro lens.. U need macro lens to acheive a close up otherwise, you need an extension tube...
