Newbie wants a camera

Hey guys!

I'm taking a short course on photojournalism and I need one with manual override.

I'm thinking of getting a Nikon. Would you recommend an AF or FM? (I have an EM with two Nikon lenses, 100 and 50mm.)

I was told to get a FM10 or FM2. I understand FM2s are more expensive. So I'm not looking to spend too much as yet.

I've also seen an offer for a secondhand FM10 at about $250 (with lens, but moldy).

Any advice?

Suggest you look for 2nd hand FM, price ard $250 depending on condition ..

fm10 and fe10, w/o lens costs less than $200 in second hand, if u can find one in cS.
