anyway...my opinion but why not play with the pictures using a free image editor? here are my intrepetations.

yeah.. i thought the picture of the view of the marina used a tripod..
it sure looks like it..
the clouds looks nice btw..

Yeah colors are nice if you post process them further and improved on the composition.
Photo #4 is cut off. Which composition are you trying to show? The water or the bridge?

i took a lot of shots and the one's posted above have the minimal shake. here's one that didn't make my selection due to blur.
