Newbie Mouse seeking advice from bros here :)

Hi bros,

Im new to the forum and just got my first DSLR last week. Glad to came here as it is really resourceful here and im able to learn alot from all you bros here.

My camera is a Nikon D80 kit will use it mostly for school work to take landscapes, night shots and storyboarding for filming and animations.
Im 1.8m tall and have a budget of lesser than $150.

Can bros here recommend me a tripod that is within my budget and is for my height usage please?

Do i need a ballhead? Never owned or used a tripod before. So dun really know what it do. Anyway for my usage, do i need a ballhead?

personally, given ur height, u choose a tall tripod so that u do nt nid to bend to look at the view finder.
