Wow...the new powerbook can SMS* too
*SMS stands for sudden motion sensor, which parks the hard drive heads so they wont scratch the disks when you drop the powerbook. Wonder how many powerbooks were used for the drop tests
btw, the new track pad with scrolling capability sounds interesting....are there any 3rd party software that can do that too?

I'm realllllllllllly tempted, my laptop of 2 yrs is still working strong, but am very tempted to switch to powerbooks and G4 for home use. The 30" ACD... arggghh...

The same goes to DSLR ma! Now you buy a Nikon D70, then later come out with a better spec and cheaper DSLR...it is all the same la...consumer electronics!

Dun liddat... If u all break hearts den I have to break my own head liao... I'm still running on a G3 and its running on fumes liao.... Yesterday notice my monitor dim and brighten little automatically and a restart becomes a forced shutdown.
Tried everything including hitting the PMU switch, still no avail.
I juz hope that it can last me at least till December...
