New Firmware ver 1.12 for Minolta A2

I am not too sure whether can install the jap version into our local A2 sets. Most of the A2s are E or U version. Must download the respective firmware upgrade right? :dunno:

Have already done it now its showing 1.12e. For your info I got the file from the japanese web site too. This is the same site where I updated my 1.10e. My original firmware was 1.00e Well yes the Japanese firmware does mention 1.xx j but the "j" does not show up after being installed.

One of the main difference is that the viewfinder does not shut off immediately once you remove your eye from the eye sensor instead it will stay on for about 5 sec or so. (only in EVF mode)
