Package Include:
- The C-730 itself(of cos) :D
- Olympus battery (non-rechargable) :(
- 16mb XD card
- A/V cable
- USB cable
- camera case
- Camedia Master 4.0

Not included:
- AC adapter :(

On top of that, I bought myself:
- CLA-4 adapter
- 55mm UV filter
- 55mm lens cap
- Sony rechargable batteries + charger

I have not really check the quality of the picture, will be exploring soon (juz came back;) )

Overall, the features is a combo of C-700 + C-4000
and movie with audio!!
It also comes with a live histogram, distance scale in metre or feet in manual mode.

If you get lots of noise , just use lower resolution as1600x1200 .
Thanks.

Anyway juz tried out some shots to test the CA problem. CA is obvious in back lit shot, but can be easily so do away with it in PS.

this remains to be seen right? Esp if the image quality of the 730 suffers from noise much like its bros 700 and 720? :p (oh my C700, forgive me for putting down your img quality!)

Which aspects of C4000 were integrated into the 730? Movie with sound?

but it seems that they integrated everything into the 730.... only that it is 1MP less ....

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum and a first timer in digital photography. After much deliberation and info from this forum, I got myself a c730. Hope that I won't regret, hehehe.

:) I still love my C700 despite its noise problem. Like many of the other "big bros" have said, no cam is perfect. The key is to finding a cam which suits you. (Like matchmaking huh?! :D )

Hi fellas!

Always go Allan Photo to check out the prices cos they are well known for price dumping.

Just ask for the price of Minolta F100 (4 mega pixel)
and they quote me $790 without GST.

Cheap right.
