I am into landscape photography. Can someone give advise on the brand of Neutral Density Graduated Filters? The cost and the various types of ND filters? Thank

There are quite a few brands around.
E.g.

Singh Ray
LEE
Hi-Tech
Tian-ya

As for the cost, Singh Ray and LEE are quite expensive. HiTech is quite reasonable. Tian-ya is quite cheap, but there is some issue with the colour cast.
You can refer the the following website for some of the pricing.

http://www.tkfoto.com.sg/index.php/pricelists/formatt-hitech-pricelist

Or visit their respective website for more info or prices.

Hope that helps.

Oh, what is the different between hard and soft filter? If I am using it on the Nikon 16-35mm lens, which should i go for?

another note: tianya filter will cause vignetting for UWA lens and ND8 will have a serious color cast
i would personally recommend B+wnd110 or hoya nd400 and a Hightech soft GND

It is either "hard edge" or "soft edge" graduated filter. Soft edge has a gradual change over Get soft edge as it is more flexible in use. There are sizes for filters besides the brand name. Some say a 77mm lens needs the bigger size than the usual "P" size. I forgot what's it call.

Also graduated filters have either a 2 or 3 stop graduation.

Cokin and Hi-Tech (may be cheaper over there now) suffices for hobbyist.
