Accused "James Holmes" in full tactical gear including gas mask threw tear gas canisters into the Cinemark movie theater in Aurora, Colorado screening midnight premier of the The Dark Knight Rises before spraying the cinema with gunfire from a AR-15 semi-automatic rifle fitted with a drum magazine, a 12-gauge Remington Model 870 shotgun and a .40 caliber Semi-automatic Glock pistol.

USA should have a system of raising a red flag when someone buys so much ammo through the internet.
Gun ownership for self defence does not require so many live rounds.

He lived in an apartment in north of Aurora, about five miles from the cinema
Only previous brush with the law was a summons for speeding in October 2011

no nation will want to pump money into this war, especially with the recession coming.

and.. crazy people exists in all professions
 

He did it to get ATTENTION.
He did it for fame.
Academically, he was like our President Scholar material.

If he was so desperate for attention and fame.
He should have got into the media industry, then he would have flourished, been happy with all the media attention and maybe host a TV talk show.

Locally, in Singapore they don't shoot people in cinemas; they just bash up a taxi to get into the news again. Anything for publicity.
Some HK person pretends to forget he has sex videos with HK actresses in the notebook sent for "repair" - for publicity to revive a dead acting career.
