Morning fellow clubsnappers,

I came across a thread about the MO of the Holga120SF "toy camera" and found it really cool. Am thinking of getting one, then realized that it uses a different kind of film, different from the usual kind of cameras that the majority uses.

Hence got some quick questions to ask: :dunno:

1. Are the medium format films (120mm) available easily off the shelves at any photo shops in the neighbourhood?

2. How many exposures are there in a "standard" roll of 120mm film? What are the prices for a "standard" roll of exposures?

3. What are the developing costs for a roll of medium format films?

Many thanks in advance for responses of any kind!

Cheers!

MF films are easily available at places like Cathay, Ruby, Foto Guide, etc. Neighbourhood labs tend not to have them.

There's no "standard" no. of exposures in a roll, it depends on which format of MF (confusing eh) you are using, ie. 6x4.5 (15), 6x6(12), 6x7(10), 6x17(3).

Can't remember the cost to process.

Regards
CK

6X4.5 can go up to 16pics depending on the camera.....
